For over 12 years, the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena "UMBERTO" is aged in barrels made from oak and juniper which give this product its distinguished, lively and spicy fragrances.
Its strong personality enhances boiled, grilled or roasted meat and filet. "UMBERTO" is excellent on baked or fried potatoes and wild game.
This limited production recalls the taste and style of Uncle Umberto who loved the pungent nuances typical of the barrels made from juniper wood.
