A delicious, velvety condiment composed of pure black summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) and enriched with an extra virgin olive oil and an Italian Parmigiano Reggiano PDO aged for 24 months.
This condiment is excellent for creating bruschetta and sophisticated canapés – use with a thin layer of butter or spread directly on bread. It is also ideal with all types of meat dishes whether cooked on a grill, a hibachi or griddle. Try with all types of pasta. It can also be used to flavor and enrich other seasonings.
