A compote of Cornel berries, hand picked and steamed cooked instead of direct heating to conserve their natural taste and organoleptic properties, with a small portion of Mieleaceto which enhances and not covers the natural fruit flavor.
May be used as a classic jam or put a small dab on cheese, meat, Tortelloni or Cappellacci di Zucca, ricotta and even on ice cream.
