Fresh pasta made with soft and hard wheat flour and fresh eggs rolled in the shape of Venus’s navel. Filled with ricotta cheese, spinach and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Cooking Tips: Add the tortelloni to salted, boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes and then drain.
For a tasty, simple to make sauce, melt some butter in a sauce pan and add a couple of sage leaves. Remove the sage when the butter is melted and mix the sauce with the freshly cooked tortelloni and freshly, grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Depending on your taste, you may also leave the sage in the sauce when added to the tortelloni. It is also excellent with meat sauce.
