Balsamic Vinegar of Modena "MATURO" Pedroni
Pedroni's "MATURO" Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a quality product that differs from Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale in the way it is used in cooking, its production time, and for the ingredients used to make it.
It is made using concentrated grape must with a dose of vinegar matured for at least ten years, and with a dose of natural wine vinegar. It is stored in large oak barrels for several years which bring out its wonderful fragrance and full body. Its flavor results in a balanced, less sweeter taste than vinegars aged for a longer time.
It is possible to find traces of caramel used for stabilizing its appearance and color.
"MATURO" makes an excellent dressing for garden salads or a tossed salad with hard boiled eggs and tuna or chicken. It is ideal for seasoning dishes prepared with rice and meat or when sautèing meat and pasta. It is also excellent when combining with slightly sweet sauces.
