"MIELEACETO" is a condiment made from an old family recipe passed down from mother to daughter for generations.
Professional beekeeper Gianni Castellari perfected a blend of Italian acacia honey with an aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP whose bittersweet essence enhances, but doesn't overpower the flavor of food.
"MIELEACETO" is wonderful with grilled or boiled red and white meat, fresh or seasoned cheese, steamed vegetables or even as a dip for fresh vegetables. Try it on a salad with nuts or chicken, pasta salad, risotto, pizza, beef carpaccio, tuna carpaccio or swordfish carpaccio, shrimp, seafood salads, bresaola, cheese and pears, or even on fresh fruit like strawberries, apples, pears, pineapple, watermelon or cantaloupe. Try it with yogurt, panna cotta, pudding and on ice cream.
"MIELEACETO" is not too sweet for those who don't like honey and not too bitter for those who don't like vinegar: a tasty condiment for everyone.
