Extravecchio Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena "GIUSEPPE II" DOP Pedroni
The Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale "GIUSEPPE II" is an extra old balsamic vinegar which strictly abides to the teachings of the family founder Giuseppe I who settled in Rubbiara in 1862.
This vinegar is aged in barrels made of oak and chestnut, owing its harmony to a long refining lasting over 25 years.
"GIUSEPPE II" makes any dish special; from a simple butter rice recipe to a plate of cold cuts, from king prawns to salmon carpaccio as well as with a finely aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
"GIUSEPPE II" is specially recommended for the most demanding connoisseurs.
