Tigelle "IL MONTANARO"
Delicious disk-shaped bread handmade according to Modena Apennine tradition using simple, natural ingredients and no preservatives.
"IL MONTANARO" tigelle are precooked and easy to prepare. Heat them for a few minutes in the oven or toaster, slice them in half and fill them with pesto made with lard, garlic, rosemary and pancetta and a generous sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano. They are also good with various salumi and cheese. They can be an excellent alternative for breakfast or a snack stuffed with jam or honey.
